The horizon drifts farther away, where water melds seamlessly with the shrouding mist. The river vanishes into the embrace of the dense forest, and the shores narrow into hushed solitude.
For ages, this place remained untouched, a mystery unknown to fishermen. They never dared to chart its waters. The roar of the currents echoed beneath their boats as they pressed forward. At times, they paused along the banks or clung to reeds rooted deep in the murky depths. But the journey was relentless, unforgiving — urging them back to calmer waters, where tranquility wrapped them in the solace of seclusion.
